Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) govern the business relationship between G&G Resources s.r.o., Company ID: 26847957, VAT: CZ26847957, registered at Teslova 1129/2B, 702 00 Ostrava - Přívoz, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, File 50337 (hereinafter “Seller”) and the business entity (hereinafter “Buyer”).

These GTC apply exclusively to business-to-business (B2B) relationships. The Seller does not sell goods to consumers.

2. Inquiries and Orders

Product information on the Seller's website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. A contractual relationship is established only upon written confirmation of the order by the Seller.

The Buyer submits an inquiry via the contact form, email, or phone. Based on the inquiry, the Seller prepares a price quotation valid for the period stated therein (typically 30 days).

3. Prices and Payment Terms

Prices are negotiated individually based on the specific inquiry. All prices are quoted excluding VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Payment terms are specified in the individual quotation or order confirmation. The standard invoice due date is 14 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Delivery Terms

Delivery time is determined individually in the order confirmation. In-stock items ship the next business day from stock after order confirmation. For custom orders, delivery time is subject to order specifications.

Shipping costs are specified in the quotation. Risk of damage to goods passes to the Buyer upon handover to the first carrier.

5. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Minimum order quantities are specified for individual products or in the quotation. The Seller reserves the right to set a minimum order value.

6. Complaints and Liability for Defects

The Buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt and report any visible defects immediately, no later than 3 business days from receipt. Hidden defects must be reported without undue delay after discovery.

Complaints must be submitted in writing (by email to dominik.gucky@gmail.com) with a description and photo documentation. The Seller will resolve complaints within 30 days.

7. Liability

The Seller is a distributor of packaging materials and is not liable for the suitability of packaging for the Buyer's specific application. The Buyer is responsible for verifying the compatibility of packaging materials with the filled product through their own testing.

The Seller supplies packaging from manufacturers who declare compliance with applicable EU legislation for the given packaging type. The Buyer is responsible for regulatory compliance of the filled product.

8. Data Protection

Personal data processing is governed by the privacy policy available at the privacy policy page.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These GTC and all contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

10. Final Provisions

The Seller reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The current version of the GTC is always available on the Seller's website. For a specific contractual relationship, the GTC in effect on the date of order confirmation shall apply.
